Request for reassignment of nike.dev domain name denied (WIPO, D2020-3067, Feb. 16, 2021)
A battle, in some ways “mythological”, has had as object of contention the domain name “nike.dev”. In the battle the colossus of the sportswear from a side and a young computer engineer from the other, the outcome, anything but taken for granted has reserved a final surprise.
